Concetta E. Dudley brings nearly three decades of experience to our boutique business practice. She has expertise in corporate and business law, emerging companies, strategic business advising, commercial transactions and finance.

With particular expertise in the life science and technology industries, including artificial intelligence, Concetta currently serves as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University Graduate Programs in Biotechnology.

Eric J. Lee, MBEE

Legal Intern and Technical Specialist

Eric brings more than a decade of biotechnology experience leading operations for microbiology, device development, and biologics labs.

Before entering the biotechnology field, Eric held prior roles in high school science education, academic physics research, university technology transfer, and product development.

Eric is currently a JD candidate at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, and intends to practice in transactional law, life sciences regulatory law, and IP licensing.
